All Orders will be shipped via our available courier and generally ship within 1 or 2 Business days after we receive cleared payments. How long it takes for you to receive it depends on where you live and the shipping method you select. Next day and Second Day Air are also available. You cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped out to you. If for any reason you need to cancel an order, you must notify us right away on the same date you placed your order. We do not refund orders that are already in transit.
Free delivery by FLASH EXPRESS on orders within Bangkok delivery zone. Orders, placed by 2pm on delivery days will be delivered within 2 days.
Same day delivery will be delivery by GRAB EXPRESS or LINE MAN with an additional charge of 150 Baht / delivery. (applicable for delivery address in BANGKOK)
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours using DHL / FEDEX. Delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Tracking number will be provided to the customer for real-time parcel tracking.
Shipping rate are calculated and update to customer based on Destination and weight.In case of delayed delivery, please contact us and we will help to track down the order and estimate delivery date.
Domestic Shipping rates are set to 'Flat': Same cost to all buyers. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) on any purchases.

Shipping damages must be claimed within 14 days from delivery date of merchandise. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges of returned item.
You may return any DAMAGED ITEM for an exchange with the tags and frills attached in the original condition.
We recommend you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. There are no returns, or refunds for international orders. For your convenience please check the information each time before purchase.
Note: We cannot be responsible for any delays in customs international shipments. The customer assumes all responsibilities for payments for duties and taxes on overseas shipments.
