Items returned in acceptable condition (item is in as-new condition and have the original packaging on hand) less than 30 days after the delivery date will be credited at item price to the original form of payment (including any tax, but not including express shipping). Items purchased on www.ojas.co.th returned to the company in acceptable condition within 30 days after the delivery date will be exchanged for website credit (including any tax, but not including shipping costs).
Customer is responsible for any returned shipping costs.
Cancellation policy:
An order cannot be cancelled after delivery of the good. After ordering for the item, and up to the time of delivery, the customer can cancel the order online.
